Refund policy
We want you to love every item you receive from Cozy Alchemy! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the shipping date.
- A $7.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless you are processing an exchange.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- International orders (outside the U.S.) are not eligible for returns due to customs regulations.
