No two nervous systems are the same.

Which means no two healing experiences should be either.

When I create a personalized guided meditation, it isn’t just a script or a recording.

It’s a process of listening, both to what is shared, and to what is felt beneath it.


It Begins With You

Before I create anything, you complete an intake form.

This is where I begin to understand your world:

  • What your nervous system has been holding

  • Where you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stretched

  • What you’re longing to feel instead

  • Your sensitivity, your pace, your capacity

This step matters deeply.

Because your meditation isn’t built from a template, it’s built from you.

Often, what the body needs isn’t only found in the words themselves.

The patterns.
The places where effort has been overextended.

This is where both intuitive awareness and nervous system understanding come together.

I’m not creating something to “fix” you.
